Dillie produces commercial grade studio photography for all kinds of consumer brands. We make it easy for brands to place a photo or video order and build a creative brief (we call it a ‘shot list’). This shot list translates a brand’s ideas into instructions for photographers, stylists and retouchers. Once a brand’s shot list is complete, Dillie assigns the project to the most qualified photo or video team within our extensive network of creative talent.
Dillie charges per photo and video and there’s is no minimal order value. The fee includes all of the production talent hired to capture the photo, including but not limited to, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, hair stylists, retouchers, and producers. It also includes one round of post-production (retouching). Brands are responsible for providing any products, props and backdrops they want to add to their photos. Alternatively, the Dillie team can source props and backdrops for a 30% sourcing fee (30% of the total prop value).
Dillie produces, captures, and edits photos in 2 weeks from the date the shot list is reviewed and approved by Dillie, and the products and props are received at the designated studio. Clients are notified via email once the photos are available.
Dillie is a production company that leverages a common language between brands, agencies, and creative talent to streamline the creative process, while keeping the integrity of the creative vision. We use visual prompts and a templated shot list to streamline the pre-production process. With an extensive network of creative talent, Dillie produces any creative vision a brand or agency has in mind.
Brands cannot select a specific photographer. At Dillie, we assign projects to the most qualified photo and video crews based on the specific requests.
Brands and agencies can order product photography, model photography, GIFs, and video content. We also offer graphic design services on a per project basis.Dillie’s shot list is designed to capture detailed styling and creative notes from brands and agencies. Brands will receive an email confirming the shipment address once the shot list is completed and approved by Dillie. Brands are responsible for shipping products and props to and from the designated studio. All studios are located in the United States.
Clients have the option to receive their products and props back once the photoshoot is complete. Please send a prepaid shipping label to complete the return, or get in touch with your account manager for more information. Brands must note that Dillie is unable to hold on to any products or props for more than 1 week after the photos are delivered or products may be discarded.
One round of standard level retouching is included in our base level photography fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the content requested.
Dillie can store props and products for up to 1 week. After that, you will need to provide a return label to ship products and props back or submit a new order for the products to be reused. Dillie can also create a shipping label and send an invoice to cover the cost of the shipment.
Photographs are delivered as high resolution JPGs or PNGs, cropped and sized to your specifications. Additional versions of the same image are available for an additional fee.
If you are ordering any swatches, it is required to send at least 3 units of the product to create the swatch. Swatch inventory should be labeled and identifiable as such. For example, “Product Name” followed by “Extra Swatch Unit”. We will not move forward if we see incorrect product labeling in the shot lists. For example, do not use something like “Placeholder” when it is meant to be a product. We want to ensure the success of your order, so we can make sure we’re shooting to spec.
We are happy to help you! Feel free to send any questions to sales@dilliecreative.com, your account representative, or using our chatbot..
